How we look after the information you share with us.
Hari Tiny Homes collects the details you give us through our brochure and enquiry forms — such as your name, email, phone number, region and project plans — so we can send you the information you asked for and help with your project. We handle it in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms, and which brochures you download.
- Anonymous usage information about how our website is used (pages and homes viewed, device type and the website that referred you). We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't store your IP address with this information.
How we use it
- To reply to you, send brochures and prepare estimates.
- To understand which homes people are interested in so we can improve our range.
- To send occasional updates — only if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Storage and sharing
Your information is stored securely on our own servers and with our email provider (Brevo) to send you messages. We never sell your information. We only share it with trusted partners involved in your project, with your agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling 09 277 9000 or emailing info@haritinyhomes.co.nz.
