Pricing
- All prices include GST and are based on the home being constructed in our yard. On‑site construction is available at an additional cost, which will vary depending on your location and site access.
- Extended decks, steps, pergolas, council fees, consenting, site works, service connections, foundations, transport, and any site engineering or GEO reports are not included in the base price.
Full Support From Start to Finish
- Hari Homes can assist with the entire process — from site assessments, feasibility checks, GEO and engineering reports, and council approvals (PIMs and building consents) through to site‑specific working drawings, water tanks, solar options, site works, and full build management.
- Alternatively, homes can be supplied as a flatpack for your licensed builder to construct.
